IPL 2017: Andrew Tye’s Surprising HAT-TRICK on his first Match

Ever thought there will be Hat-Tricks at the start of the tournament. And there will be two Hat-Tricks on the same day? Yes it happened. The first one was Samuel Badree's Hat-Trick againt Mumbai Indians. And then in the next match between RPS and Lions Andrew Tyes registered 2nd Hat-Trick of this IPL season.

Andrew Tye who was playing the debut match from Gujrat Lions team againt Rising Pune Supergiants proved his selection by a hat-trick and then completing a surprising 5 wicket haul. If Jadega hadn't dropped that catch at the mid-wicket region he might had 6 wickets done.

Thrilling Story -

This remarkable over was the final over of RPS innings. He first removed Ankit Sharma who was batting very well 25 from 14 balls followed by the second wicket of Manoj Tiwary.

On the 3rd ball he knocked out Shardul Thakur to register the second hat-trick to his name. This is the 16th bowler to do Hat-Trick in history of IPL.

Later on, he completed the spell by 5 wickets haul for only 17 runs. This amazing bowling by Andrew restricted RPS to 171 otherwise they were looking forward to get 200 on board.
